The City Council does hereby establish for the purpose of holding said special election two election pre- cincts, to be known as "Precinct A" and "Precinct B". The boundaries of "Precinct A" shall be all that territory lying Northerly of Sunflower Avenue, and the extension thereof to the Southeasterly boundary of said district, and "Precinct B" shall be that portion of:the territory within said boundaries lying Southerly of Sunflower Avenue, and the extens ion thereof to the Southeasterly boundary of said territory; and the place at which the polls will be open for said electtc in "Precinct A" in said territory so proposed to be annexed will be at Edison School Building, St. Gertrude and Orange Streets, and the place at which the~polls wilt be open for said e!e~tion in "Precinct B" in said territory so proposed to be annexed will be at the Women. s Club House, Costa Mesa~
