each of which polling places are located in said ter:itory and within the respective precincts for which they shall be the polling place. The City Couucil hereby appoints the officers to conduct said special election as follows: "Precinct A". Judges: M.N.Bolinger and M.F. McKinley Inspector: W. D. Lambert "Precinct B". Judges: E. ¥. Minor and Chas. E. Dunn Inspector: J. W. V~erry All of said officers being qualified electors of said respective precincts and said territory~ 3. Upon the ballots to be used at said election there shall be printed the words, "Shall the Costa Mesa Addition be annexed to the City of Santa Ana?-Yes", and "Shall the Costa Mesa Addition be annexed to the City of Santa Ana?-No". There shall be a voting square to the rlght of and opposite each of said propositio~ otherwise the ballots used at said election, the opening and closing of the polls, and the holding and conducting of said election shall be in conforn~ty as near as may be to the laws of this State concerning general elections, except as herein otherwise provided. The Judges and Inspector of said election at each of said precincts shall meet upon the closing of the polls, count the ballots, make upi certify and seal the ballots cast at the respective polling places and thereupon deliver and deposit the same with the returns thereof to the Clerk of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 16th day of April, 1928, by the following vote, to-wit: AYES, TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, W.G.Knox, Stanley E.
