CHANGE OF GRADE Section 5. That the g~ade to which the work shall be done and improvement made which is provided for in this Resolution is shown on the profiles therefor, on file in the Office of the City Engineer, to which said profiles reference is hereby made for the description of such grade, and it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha that the grade shown on the plans and profiles is the official grade to which the work herein ordered shall be done~ .DESCRIPTION OF BONDS Section 4. The said City Council does hereby declare and determine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and to bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the '~ mprovement Bond Act of 1915", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. · D~SeRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT Section 5. That the contemplated work and improve- ment hereinbefore mentioned is in the opinion of the City Council of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter described, and said City Council does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and exDenses thereof, v&ich district is bounded and described as follows,~to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Aha, County of O~ange, State of California, and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of Fifth Street with a line d~awn parallel to and distant 50 feet Easterly from the Easterly line of earnsey Street; thence Southerly along said line drawn parallel to and distant 50 feet Easterly from the Easterly line of Garnsey Street to an intersection with the Northerly line of Fourth Street; thence Southeasterly in a direct line to a point in the Southerly line of Fourth Street distant 125 feet Easterly from the Easterly line of Garnsey Street; thence Southerly along a line drawn parallel to and distant 125 feet Easterly from the Easterly line of Garnse2 Street and along the Southerly extension of said li~e to an intersection with the Southerly line of First Street; thence Westerly along said Southerly line of First Street to the Easterly line of Flower Street; thence Southerly along said Easterly line of Flower Street to the Northerly line of Tract No. lO1, recorded in Miscellaneous ~iaps, B~ok ll, Page l, Records of Orange County; thence ~asterly along the Northerly line of said Tract Eo. lO1 to a point in the Westerly line of Patton Street; thence Southerly along the said Westerly li~e of Patton Street to a point, said point being the Southeasterly corner of Lot 19, Block C, of said Tract No. lO1; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said Lot 19 to the South- westerly corner thereof; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of Lots l, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of said Block C, to the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 5; thence
