Second Street and the South line of ~trd Street, all of which is psmticularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. That all dmiveways upon the hereinbefore described portion of streets shsll be graded and paved with asphaltic concrete pave- ment for their entire width, and from the street side of the curb to the street side of the sidewalks, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. The excavation for and const~uction of Portland Cement Concrete curbs upon and along the hereinbefore described portions of streets, where cumbs do not now exist, or where replacements ars to be made, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. The excavation for and construction of Portland Cement Concrete Sidewalks upon and along all of the hereinbefore described portions of streets where sidewalks do not now exist, or where replacements are robe made, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. Together with such other work or improvements as are noted on the plans or specifications, which shall be considered as incidental to the above described work and improvements, and no additional compensation shall be allowed therefor. The work to be done as herein set forth shall include the fUmnishing of all labor, equipment and materials necessary for or appumtenant to the const~uction and completion of all work herein specified. LrLANS. i~ROFILES, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS Section 2. All of the hereinbefore described streets, together with the ~o~egoing work and improvements are fully set forth, delineated and described on the plans, p~ofiles, cross-sectio and detailed drawings known as "THE PLANS FOR ASSESSNENT DISTRICT NO. 15V" and as~'set forth in the specifications known as "TEE SFECIFICATIONS FOR ASSESSEENT DISTRICT NO. 15V", which plans and specifications are on file in the office of the City Clerk and were adopted by Resolution No. 1918 on the 9th day of April, 1928, by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, as the plans, profiles, cross-sections, detailed drav~ngs and specifications for said work and improvement. Said plans, profiles, c~oss-sectlons, detailed drawings and specifications are ~eferred to for a full and detailed description of said work and improvement, the same as thoggh set fo~h in full herein, and shall be directory as to the location of all work to be done, the kind of materials to be used and the type of construction.
