RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />NO. 1925 <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the <br />work to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Sant~ <br />Aha, upon and along portions of those open public streets in <br />said City, commonly known as Shelton Street from First Street <br />to Fourth Street; Baker Street frc~ First Street to Fourth <br />Street; the North one-half of First Street from Baker Street <br />to a line drawn parallel to and distant 102.5 feet West of <br />the West line of Baker Street; the North half of Second Street <br />from Baker Street to a line drawn parallel to and distant 5Z <br />feet West of the West line of Baker Street. <br /> <br /> All as prepared by the City Engineer and designated <br />as Assessment District No. 156, for the improvement of the <br />above described street and submitted this 25rd day of April, <br />1928, be and the same are hereby adopted as and for the plans <br />and specifications for doing said work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City <br />Council of the City of Santa Aha, at an adjourned regular meet~ <br />ing held on the 25rd day of April, 1928, by the following vote <br /> <br />t o -wit: <br /> <br />AYES, TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, W.G.Knox, <br /> Stanley E.
