RESOLUTION NO. 1929 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there remains in the Santa Ana Main Line Sewer <br />Fund of the City of ~anta Ana a balance of $26,V01,68, heretofore <br />voted for the construction of the Santa Aha Main Line Sewer, <br />$8,292.29 in Water Bond No. 6 Fund and $412.81 in West Fire Engine <br />House Fund and as such improvements have been fully completed and <br />paid for and there is no other provision of Law for the distributioz <br />of the above named residue remaining in said Special Funds; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, RESOLVED~ that such residue, amounting to <br />the sum of $26,701.68 remaining in the Santa Ana Main Line Sewer Fun <br />$8,292.29 in Water ~ond No. 6 Fund and $412.81 in West Fire Engine <br />House Fund shall be paid into the General Fund of the City of <br />Santa Ana and form a part thereof, as provided by an Act of the <br />Legislature entitled "An Act to Provide for the Disposal of Moneys <br />raised by Cities or Towns for Public Improvement After the Same has <br />been completed and Paid for", Statutes of 1899, Page lOS. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />and regularly introduced and passed by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana, at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the <br />GOth day of April, 1928, by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYRES, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />NOES, TRUSTEES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT, TRUSTEES: None <br /> <br />J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, W.G.Knox, <br />Stanley E.
