That all 2f. the existing lighting standards on Beverly Place. No~mandy Place ~nd Harwood Place, De,ween Orange Avenue and Oak Street and along the East side of Orang~ Avenue, which are a part of the old system on said streets, and shown on the plans to be removed shall become the property of the contractor. That for the installation of the hereinbefore described lighting system a patented article will be used and a license agreement between the patent owner, Western Lighting Company, selling agents for King Company and L minaire Company, patent owners~ and the City of Santa Ana is now on file in the office ~f the City Clerk, to which sai~ agreements reference is hereby made, and the same is made a part cf th~ Resolution of Intention by reference, the same as though set forth in full herein~ P.L.ANS~ PROFILES~ CROSS-SECTIONS AND ~PECIFICATIONS~ Section 2. All of the hereinbefore described streets, together v~th the fore- going wets and improvements are fully set forth, delineated and described on the plans~ profiles, cross-sections and detailed drawings known as "THE PLANS FOR ASSESS~NT DISTRICT NO. 1~8", and as set forth in the specifications known as "THE ~CIFICATIONs FOR ASSESSmeNT DISTRICT NO. 158", which plans and specifications are on file in the office of the City Clerk, and were adopted by Resolution No. 1928 on the 30th day of April, 1928, by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha as the plans, profiles, cross- mections, detailed drawings and specifications for said work and improvement. Said plans, profiles, cress-sections, detailed d~awings and specifications are referred to for a full and detailed description of said work and i~provement, the same as though set forth in full herein, and shall be directory as to the location of all work to be done~ the kind of materials to be used and the type of construction. CHANGE OF GRADE Section 3. That the g~ade to which the work shall be done and improvement made which is provided for in this Resolution is shown on the profiles therefor, on file in the office of the City Engineer, to which said profiles reference is hereby made for the description of such grade, and it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that the grade shown on the plans and profiles is the official grade to which the work herein ordered shall be done. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS Section 4. The said City Council does hereby declare and deter~aine and notice is hereby given ~h~t serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and to bear interest at the rate of six per cent per am~tun will be issued hereunder in the msaner provided in the ~mprovement Bond Act of 1915", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (lC) months from their date.
