RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO ASSESS~SENT, APPROVING ASSESSmeNT AND ORDERING THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRAN~ AND RECORD. NO. 195~ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, did on the 24th day of October, 1927, pass Resolution of Intention No. 1835 for the improveme~ of Broadway from the North line of Sixth Street to the South line of Santa Clara Avenue and Fifteenth Street, from the East line of Broadway to a line 125 feet East of and parallel the~eto; and whereas, on She llth day of April, 1928; the Superintendent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum due for the wc~k performed and specified in the contract made under proceedings for the said improvement, which assessment diagram was approved by the City Clerk of said City on the 50th day of January, 1928. · ND ~fEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana has given notice as required by law in which notice April 30, 1928, at the hour of 7:30 o'cloc~ P.M. was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any and all persons interested in the said work might be heard; and whereas, no person aggrieved has filed with the City Council a w~itten objection to said assessment as required by law; and whereas, at the time set for hearing protests or objections the City Council of said City pro- ceeded to hear the same, and all of said protests or objections to said assess- ment or the work done having been heard, it is hereby; ~SOLVED,' by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that all of the said protests or objections against said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, and the same are hereby overruled and d~nied and the assessment be affirmed, and that the Street SuPerintendent be, and he ia hereb directed to attach to said assessment a warrant in the form and manner require by law, and shall re,rd the same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets~ I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularl~ passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the 30~h day of April, 1928, by the following vote: AYES, NOES, TRUSTEES: None ABSENT, TRUSTEES: TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, ~.J.Kelly, ~.G.Knox~ Stanley E.
