RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING THE STREET b~PERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD. ~,0. 1952 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, did on the 12th day of December, 1927, pass Resolution of Intention No. 1855 for the improvement of Halladay Street, Garfield Street, Sixth Street and Poinsettia Street; and whereas, on the llth day of May, 1928, the Superintendent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum due for The work performed and specified in ~he contract made under proceedings for the said improvement, which assessment diagram was approved by the City Council of said City on the 19th day of March, 1928o AND WHEREAS, The Clerk of the City of Santa Aha has given notice required by law in which notice May 28, 1928, at the hour of 7:50 ot clock P.M. was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any and all persons interested in the said work might be hesmd; and whereas, no person aggrieved has filed with the City Council a written objection to said assessment as required by law; and whereas, at the time set for hearing protests or objections the City Council of said City proceeded to hear ~he same, and all of said protests or objections to said assessment os the work done having been heard, it is hereby; ~B~w-FEI~ By ~he City Council of the City of Santa Aha ~hat all of the said protests or objections against said assessment or the work done uhder said proceedings be, and the same are hereby overruled and denied and nhe assessment be affirmed, and that ~he Street Super- intendent be, and he is hereby directed to attach to said assessment a war~ant in ~he form and manner required oy law, and shall record the same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets.
