RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the work to <br />be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Aha upon and <br />along portions of those open public streets in said City, commonly <br />known as French Street, Valencia Street and Poinsettia Street. <br /> <br /> Ail as prepared by the City Engineer and designated as <br />Assessment District No. 159, for the improvement of the above <br />described streets and submitted this 4th day of June, 1928, be and the <br />same are hereby adopted as and for the plans and specifications for <br />doing said work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and <br />regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha, at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of June, <br />1928, by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, <br /> <br /> NOES, <br />ABSENT, <br /> <br />TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, Homer C.
