RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> NO. 19,56 <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the work to <br />be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Aha upon and <br />along portions of those ope~ public streets in said City, comonly <br />known as Broadway from a line parallel to and 262.36~ North of the <br />center line of Santa Clara Avenue to a line parallel to am~2w South- <br />westerly from the Southwesterly line of the Souther~ Pacific Railway <br />Company's Right-of-way and an unnamed street described as the South- <br />erly 50 feet of Lots 40 and 60 of Tract No. 425 and the Easterly One- <br />half of Riverside Drive between the ~esterly extension of the Southerl <br />line of Lot 40 of Tract No. 425 and a line d~awn parallel thereto and <br />distant 50 feet Northerly therefrom. <br /> <br /> Ail as prepared by the City Engineer and designated as <br />Assessment District No. 162, for the improvement of the above <br />described streets and submitted this 4th day of June, 1928, be and the <br />same are hereby adopted as and for the plans and specifications for <br />doing said work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and <br />regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha, at a regular meeting held on the ~th day of June, <br />1928, Dy the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, <br /> <br /> NOES, <br />ABSENT, <br /> <br />TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, Homer C.
