RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO ASSESS~ENT, <br />APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT <br />TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD. <br /> <br />Noo 1957 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, did on the <br />20th day of February, 1928, pass Resolution of Intention No. 1890 for the <br />improvement of Seventh Street from the West line of Bristol ~treet to the <br />East line of Artesia Street; and whereas, on the 17th day of May, 19~8, the <br />Superintendent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum <br />due for the work performed and specified in the contract made under proceed- <br />ings for the said improvement, which assessment diagram wqs approved by the <br />City Council of said City on the 14th day of May, 1928. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha has given notice <br />required by law in which notice June 4th, 1928, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock <br />P.M. was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of <br />said City as the plac. e where any and all persons interested in the said work <br />might be heard; and whereas, no person aggrieved has filed with the City <br />Council a written objection to said assessment as required by law; and <br />whereas, at the time set for hearing protests or objections the City Council <br />of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all of said protests or object- <br />ions to said assessment or the work done having been heard, it is hereby; <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by ~he City Council of the City of Santa Aha that all <br />of the said protests or objections against said assessment or the work done <br />under said proceedings be, and the same are hereby overruled and denied and <br />the assessment ne affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he <br />is hereby directed to attach to said assessment a warrant in t~ form and <br />manner required by law, and shall record the same in the office of said <br />Superintendent of Streets~ <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and <br />regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at a regular <br />meeting thereof held on the 4th day of June, 1928, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />NOES, TRUSTEES: <br />ABSENT, <br /> <br />J.L.McBride, Homer C.
