BE IT FURTheR F~SOL%~D~ that the signature of the Treasurer <br />of said City upon the coupons attached to said bonds shall be a <br />lithographed or printed signature in place of a sign~ture by hand; and <br /> <br /> BE IT ELS0 FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk of said City <br />of Santa Ana be and he is hereby authorized and directed to deliver <br />forthwith the bonds lierein above enumerated, to the Contractor, ~alker <br />and Martin, in satisfaction of the balance due upon the assessment and <br />diagram. <br /> <br /> I hereby certif~ that the foregoing Resolution was duly and <br />regularl~ passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at an <br />adjourned regular meeting thereof, held on the llth day of June, 1928, <br /> <br />by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: W.J.Kelly, <br /> <br /> NOES, TRUS~ES: None <br /> ABSENT, <br /> <br />Homer C.
