RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> NO. lg65. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the <br />work to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Ana <br />upon and along portions of those open public streets in said City, <br />commonly kno~ as Ross Street, between Washington Avenue and Seventeent~ <br />Street, and Sixteenth Street, between Ross Street and Durant Street. <br /> <br /> All as prepared by the City Engineer and designated as <br />Assesmment District No. 160, for the improvement of the above described <br />streets and submitted this 18th day of June, ~928, be and the same are <br />hereby adopted as and for the plans and specifications for doing said <br />work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana, at a regular moeting held on the 18th day of June, <br />1928, by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: J.
