RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> NO. 1969. <br /> <br /> RESOLVEC, that the plans and specifications for the <br />wc~k to be done and improvmnent to be made in the City of Santa Aha <br />upon ~hat public street in said City commonly known as Western <br />Avemme, from First Street to Eighth Street. <br /> <br /> All as prepared by the City Engineer and designated as <br />Assessment District No. 163, for the improv~,ent of the above <br />described street and submitted this 2nd day of July, 1928, be and <br />the same are hereby adopted as and for the plans and specifications <br />for doing said work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Aha, at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of <br /> <br />July, 1928, by the <br /> <br /> AYES, <br /> <br /> NOES, <br />ABSENT, <br /> <br />following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />TRUSTEES: J.
