RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM <br /> <br /> No. 1970. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the diagram ~f the property affected or <br />benefited by the work and improvement in, on and along portions of <br />St. Andrews Place, St. Gertrude Place, Van Ness Avenue, Ross Street, <br />Birch Street, Broadway and Sycs~ore Street, described in Resolution <br />of Intention No. 1880, and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof, <br />made by the City Engineer of the City of Santa Aha be, and the same <br />is hereby approved, and the Clerk is ordered and directed to certify <br />that fact and the date hereof. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution <br />Approving Assessment Diagram was duly introduced, before the City <br />Council of the City cf Santa Ana, at a regular meeting thereof held <br />on the 2nd day of July, 1928, and passed by the vote of the following <br />named me~bers of said City Council, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: J.
