RESOLUTION NO. 1974 RESOLV~D, that Resolution No. 1955 and Resolution of Intention 1959 for the improvement of a portion of Halladay Street, and all proceedings had thereunder be and the same are hereby aban- doned and declared null and void. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the Cit~ Council of the City of Santa ~, at an adjourned regular meeting of said City Council, held on the 9th day to-wit: AYES, NOES, ABSENT, c~ July,1928, by the following vote, TRUSTEES: J. RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS 'AND SPECIFICATIONS No. 1975. RESOLVED: That the plans and specifications for the work to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Aha, upon and along portions of those open public streets in said City commonly known as Halladay Street, between First Street and McFadden Street, and McFadden Street between the West line of Halladay Street and the East line of Halladay Street, all as prepared by the City Eagineer and designated as Assessment District No. 166, for the im- provement of the above described streets, and submitted this 9th day of July, 192~, be ~d the sams are hereby adopted as and for the plam and specifications ~r doing said work.
