construction Joint, below the finished grades as indicated on the plans and the construction thereon of a Portland Cement Concrete pavement having a thickness of five (5) inches on the sides, and seven (7) inches, tapering to five (5) inc~hes in thirty (30) inches on each side of the central longitudinal construction Joint, as indicated on the plans~ V~ere the pavement Joins existing pavement, and at all intersecting streets and alleys where pavement does not exist, the pavement shall have a thickness at the edge of two (2) inches greater tha~ the specified t~hickness of the slab and taper uniformly to the specified thickness in thirty (30) inches, excepting therefrom any work already done to official grade, all as particular- ly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. That all driveways shown on the plans to be paved shall be graded ami paved with Portland Cement Concrete Pavement for their entire width, end from the street side of the curb to the street side of the sidewalk, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. The excavation for and construction of Portland Cement Concrete curbs upon and along the hereinbefore described portions of said streets, where curbs do not now exist, or ~here replacements are to be made, except that there shall be no curbs constructed along the East side of Halladay Street from the Westerly extended South llne of Apricot Street to the North line of McFadden Street, all as particu- larly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specification hereinafter mentioned. The excavation for and construction of Portland Cement Concrete sidewalks upon and along the' hebeinbefore described portions of said streets where sidewalks are shown on the plans to be con- st~ucted. There shall be no sidewalks'constructed along the East side of said Halladay Street, from the Westerly extended South line of ApricOt Street to the North line of McFadden Street, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. The excavation for and cc~etraction of salt glazed vitrified clay pipe main sewer stubs, together with manholes and all necessary appurtenances thereto, shall be connected with the existing sewer along the hereinbefore described portion cf Halladay Street and extend to the East edge of the proposed pavement, and at locations and grades, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plazas and specifications hereinafter mentioned. The excavation for and the construction of salt glazed vitrified clay pipe house connectiug sewers, together with all eighth bends, disc seals and other necessary appurtenances thereto shall be constructed upon and along the hereinbefore described portions of said streets, at depths and locations all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter sent toned ·
