installed from the existing water main at right angles thereto and extending to a point one foot back of the curb, and at such locations and depths as are particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. The excavation for and construction of house service gas connections, including all necessary cocks, fittings and appurtenances thereto upon the hereinbefore described por- tions of streets, shall be installed from the existing gas mains at right angles thereto and extending to ~he property lines at such locations and depths as are particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. Together with such other work and improvements as are noted on the plans and specifications, which shall be con- sidered as incidental to the above described work and improve- ment and no additional compensation 'shall be allowed therefDr; and excepting from the above described work any of said work already done to the official grade. The work to be done as herein set forth shall include the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials necessary for or appurtenant to the construction and completion of all work herein specified. PLANS, PROFILE~, CROSS-S.ECT.I.O.NS AND SPECIFICATIONS Section 2. All of the hereinbefore described streets, together with the foregoing work and improven~nts are fully set forth, delineated and described on the plans, profiles cross-sections and detailed drawings known as "THE PLANS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 160" and as set forth in the specifica- tions known as "THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 160", which plans and specifications are on file in the Office of ~he City Clerk, and were adopted by Resolution No. 1985 on the 18th day of June, 1928, by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana as the plans, profiles, cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifications for said work and improvement. Said plans, profiles, cross-section, detailed drawings and specifi- cations are referred to for a full and detailed description of said ~ork and improvement, the same as though set forth in full herein,~ and shall be directory as to the location of all work to be done, the kind of materials to be used and the type of cons truc tion · CHANGE OF GRADE Section 5.
