City of Santa Ana is hereby designated as the newspaper in which <br />this Resolution of Intention shall be published and the City Clerk of <br />said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention <br />to be published by two insertions in said newspaper, in the manner <br />and form required by law. The City Council does not deem it advisa- <br />ble that the Clerk mail copies of the notice of improvement to owners <br />or reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the same. <br /> <br /> POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROV~ENT <br /> <br /> Section S. The Street Superintendent of said City <br />shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to <br />be conspicuously posted along the lines of said contemplated work or <br />improvement and along all the open streets and alleys within the <br />hereinbefore described assessment district, notices of the passage <br />of this Resolution of Intention, in the manner and form required by <br />law. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of <br />Intention was duly and regularly introduced and passed by the City <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana, at an adjourned regular meeting <br /> <br /> c~ the 9th day of July, 192S, by the following vote, <br /> <br />thereof held <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: J.
