of Seventy-seven Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-~ix and 19/lO0 Dollar~ ($77,426.19) upon th~ assessments shown upon said list. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention No. 1834 of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, passed on the 24th day of October, 1927, for a complete description of the herein mentioned, and to the list of unpaid assessments filed as above stated for the assessments unpaid; and WHEREAS, interested persons were notified in the manner required ~y law to appear before the City Council in t~he Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City at the hour of 7:30 otclock P.M. on Monday, the 9th day of July, 19~8, and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on the Street Superintendent's list; and WHEREAS, notice was duly given in the manner and form required by law, that serial bor~s to represent unpaid assessments bearing interest at the rate of six per ce~t per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provideA in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1~15' the last installment of ~hich bonds shall mature nine years from the 2nd day of July, next succeeding ten (10) months from their date, and all interested persons having appeared before this City Council and having been given a full opportunity to show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on said list, and all objections presented having been heard and considered. IT IS THEREFORE NOW BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DETERMINED, RESOLVED AND 0RDER~D AS FOLLOWS: That no cause has been shown why bouds should not be issued upon the securtt of said unpaid assessments, and does hereby overrule all objections thereto, and does hereby direct the issuance of said bonds;and further., BE IT RESOLVE) AS FOLLOWS: That bonds shall be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said mnount of Sever~ seven Thousand Four Hundred Tw~n~-~ix and 19/100 Dollars $77,A26.19) · That said bonds shall be eighty (80) in number and shal~ be dated July 9, 1928, and bear interest at the rate c~ six per cent per anr~Ym, ar~ the denomination of said bonds, and the date of respective maturity thereof shall be as follows: SERIES BOND NO.
