more thaw local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter described, and said City Council does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Fourth Street with a line drawn parallel to and distant fifty (50) feet Easterly from the Easterly line of Baker Street; thence Southerly along said line drawn parallel to and distant fifty (50) feet Easterly from the Easterly line of Baker Street to an intersection with the center line of First Street; thence Westerly along the said center line of First Street to an intersection with a line drawn parallel to and distant fifty-two (52) feet Westerly from the ~Vesterly line of Baker Street; thence northerly along said line drawn parallel to and distant fifty two (52) feet Westerly from the Westerly llne of Baker Street to an intersection with the center line of Fourth Street; thence Easterly along said center line of Fourth Street to the point of beginning. TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING Section 6. Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of August, 1928, at 7:30 otclock P.~. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Aha any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the said City Council and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. That all persons desiring to so appear should file with the City 'Clerk of the City of Santa Aha before the hour herein set a written protest against the said work or the assessment dis- trict proposed to be assessed, or both. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION Section 7. The Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general circulation in the City of Santa Ana is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two insertions in said newspaper, in the manner ant fo~m required by law. The City Council does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the notice of improvement to owners or reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the same. POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVEMENT Section 8. The Street Superintendent of said City shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said contemplated work or improvement and along all the open streets and alleys within the hereinbefore described assessment district, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, in the manner and form required by law. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of Intention was duly and regularly introduced and passed by the City
