The excavation for and construction of Portland Cemen Sidewalks Sidewalks/upon and along the hereinbefore described portion of said street where sidewalks do not now exist or where replacements are to be made, all aw particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. The excavation for and construction of genuine Byers wrought iron pipe house service connections, including all connec- tions, corporation cocks, fittings and all necessary appurtenances thereto, upon the hereinbefore described portion of said street to be installed from the extst~mg water main ar right angles thereto, and extending to a point one foot back of the curb, laid at such locations and grades as are indicated on the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. Togethsr wi th such other work or improvements as are noted on the plans and specifications which shall be considered as incidental to the above described work and improvements, and no additional compensation shall be allowed therefor, and excepting from all of the avove described work and improvement any of said work already done to the official grade. The work to be done as herein set forth shall include the furni-shing of all labor, equipment and materials necessary for or appurtenant to the construction and completion of all work herein specified. PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS-SECT!?.N.S AND SPECIFICATIONS Section 2. All of ne hereinbefore described streets, together with the foregoing work and improvement s are fully set forth delineated and described on the plans, profiles, cross-sections and detailed drawings known as "THE PLANS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 163", and as Set forth in the specifications known as "THE SPECIFICA- TIONS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 163", which plans and specifcation~ are on file in the Office of the City, Clerk, and were adopted by Resolution No. 1969 on the 2nd day of July, 1928, by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha as the plans, profiles, cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifications for said work and improvement. Said plans, profiles, cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifics tions are referred to for a full and detailed description of said work and improvement, the same as though set forth in full herein, and shall be directory as to the locations of all work to be done, the kind of materials to be used and the ~~ype of construction. CHANGE OF GRADE Section 3. That the grade to which the work shall be done and improvement made which is provided for in this Resolution is shown on the profiles therefor, on file in the Office of the City
