RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATION~ <br /> <br /> NO. 1988 <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the work <br />to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Aaa upon <br />and along portions of those open public streets in said City, <br />co~nonly known as Ross Street between Washington Avenue and Seventee~ <br />Street, and Sixteenth Street between Ross Street and Durant Street~ <br /> <br /> All as prepared by the City Engineer and designated as <br />Assessment District No. 188, for the improvement of the above <br />described streets and submitted this 8th ~ay of August, 1928, be <br />and the same are hereby adopted as and for the plans and <br />specifications for doing said work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana, at a regular meeting held on the Sth day <br />of August, 1928, by the following vote, to-w~t: <br /> <br />AYES~ TRUSTEES: J.L.NcBride, W.J.Kelly, F.L.
