RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND sPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> NO. 1989 <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for <br />the work to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Aha <br />upon and along a portion of that open public street in said City, <br />commonly known as Palm Avenue between Wright Street and Mabury Street. <br /> <br /> Ail as prepared by the City Engineer and designated as <br />Assessment District No. 167, for the improvement of the above described <br />streets and submitted this 6th day of August, 1928, be and the same are <br />hereby adopted as and for the plans and specifications for doing said <br />work. <br /> <br /> T hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and <br />regularly tntrodnced, passed and adopted by the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana, at a regular meeting held on the 8th day of August, <br />1928, by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: J.L.Mc~ride, W.J.Kelly, F.L.
