RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1990 A ~ESOLuTiON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA~ DECLARING Tlt~IR INTENTION TO ORDER THE PAVING AND OTHERWISE INPROVING OF PAI.~ AVEITUE~ BETWEEN THE CENTER LINE OF WtLIGHT STREET AND A LINE DRAWN PARALLEL TO AND DISTANT TW~T~mFIVE FEET EASTERLY FROM THE WESTERLY LINE OF MABURY STREET; DECLARING THE SAID WORK AND IMPROVR~'NT TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL ~ OREINARY FUBLIc BEN~'IT; DECLARING TI{E DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITED THEREBY AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE C(~TS AND EXFENSE$ THEREOF; DETERNINING THAT BONDS 8HALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND EXPENS~ AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR H~ARING O~JECTIO~S TOSSAID W~ OR IMPROVEMENT, OR TO THE EX','~.NT OF 't'n~ DISTRICT TO BE A~SESSED, OR BOTH: -The City Council of the City of Santa Arm, pumsuant to the p~oviSi¢ of the improvement Act of 1911, and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and amendments to said acts, do resolve as follows: Section 1. 'lqlat the publlc interest and convenience requires and it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, Callfomta, to order the construction of the fcllowin6 work and improvement in said City, t o-wit: That the p~rtion Of street in the City of Santa Aha upon which work shall be done and improvement made as hereinafter set forth is upon and alon6 that open phblic street commonIy known as and called Palm Avenus~ between the center line of wright Street and a llne drawn parallel to and distant 25 feet Easterly from ~he Westerly line of MaburT Street~ exceptin~ therefrom an~ of said work already dOne to the official g~ade. That the work to be done and improvement to be made upon and alon6 the hereinbefore described polWcion of street, in accordance w~th the plans and specifications therefor on file in the office of the uity olerk shall be as follows: That the hereinbefore described portion of street shall be g~aded an( paved with asphaltic concrete pavement, from curb line to curb line, and where cross streets intersect, the grading and paving shall extend back of the curb lines to the extended property lines of said street, and at dmiveway locations, the grading and pavinE shall extend back of the curb lines to the street side of the sidewalk, and to the property line, where no sidewalk is to be built, or now exists, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned.
