this City Council and having been given a full opportunity to show <br />cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid <br />assessments shown on said list, and all objections presented having <br />been heard and considered. <br /> <br /> IT IS THEREFORE NOW BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TITE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA DET~RIdINED, RESOLVED AND ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: ~at no cause has <br />been show~ why bonds should not be issued upon the security of said <br />paid assessments, and does hereby overrule all objections thereto~ and <br />does hereby direct the issuance of said bonds; and further, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That bonds shall be issued upon <br />the security of said uupald assessments to said amount of Eleven <br />Thousand Ninety-five and 14/~00 Dollars ($11,09~.14). <br /> <br /> That said bonds shall be twenty (20) in number and shall be <br />dated August 20, 19~8, and bear interest at the rate of six per cent <br />per annum, and the denomination of said bonds, and the date of <br />respective maturity thereof shall be as follows: <br /> <br />SERIES BOND NO.
