made particularly set forth and described in Reeolution of Intention No. 1990~ which is dated the 6th day of August, 19Bg, on file in the office of the Clerk of said City and hereby refer~ed to and made a part hereof, and the City Council of the City of Santa Aua hereby o~de~ the werk to be done and imprevement to be made in said City~ as part- lcularly set forth and described in the said Resolution ef Intention No. 1990 as aforesaid. That the expense of said work and improvement is by said Resolution of Intention made chargeable upon a district which said district is described in and by the said Resolution of Intention and is shown by a plat or map thereof on file in the office of the City Engineer.
