RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSE,~$~[ENT DIAGRA~ <br /> NO. 2005 <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the diagram of the property affected or <br />benefited by the work and improvement in, on and along p~tions of <br />French Street, Valencia Street and Poinsettia Street, described in <br />Resolution of Intention No. 1960, and to be assessed to pay the expense <br />thereof, made by the City Engineer of the City of Santa Aha be, <br />and the same is hereby approved, and the Clerk is ordered and directed <br />to certify that fact and the date hereof. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Approving <br />Assessment Diagram was duly introduce~ before the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 4th <br />day of September, 1928, and passed by the vote of the following named <br />members of said City Council, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, Homer C.
