RESOLUTION OVERRUEING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO ASSESS- ~ENT, APPROVING ~SSESSMENT AND ORDERING THE STREET SUPERINTENDEN~T TO ~TACH WARRANT AND RECORD. 2on WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana did on the ~th day of May, 1928, pass Resolution of Intention No. 195§, for the improvement ef portions of Shelton Street, Baker Street, First Street and Second Street; and whereas, on the SOth day of August, 1928, the Superintendent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum due for the work perfumed and specified in the contract made under proceedings for the said imprc~ement, which assessment diagram was approve~d by the City Council of said City on the Z~rd day of July, 1928e AND; WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana has given notice required by law, in which Notice September lVth, 1928, at the houm of 7:50 o* clock P.M. was fixed as the time and the Co,ell Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any ~nd all persons interested in the said w~k might be heard; and whereas, no person a~iewed has filed with the City Council a w~Itten objection to said assessment as required by law; and whereas at the time set for hearing protests or objections the City Council of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all of said protests or objectio1. s to said assessment or tb~ work done having been heard, it is hereby; RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha that all of the said protests or objections against said assessment or the wc~k da~e under said proceedings be, and the same a~e hereby o~erruled and denied and the assessment be oonft~ned, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to attach to said assessment a warrant in the f~m and manner reqatred by law, and shall record the same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets. ~ he~eb~ certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularl passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at a regular meeting thereof held on the 1Vth day of September, 1928, by the following vote: AYES, TEUST}~S: NOES, TRUSTEES: None ABSENT, TRUSTEES: None J.L.NcBride, W.J.Kelty~ Homer C.Chaney, Stanley E.
