¸78 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM <br /> <br /> NO. ~O12. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the diagram of the property affected or <br />benefited by the work and improvement in, on and along portions of <br />Halladay Street and McFadden Street, described in Resolution of Intent- <br />ion No. 1978, and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof, made by <br />the City Engineer of the City of Santa Aha be, and the same is hereby <br />approved, and the Clerk is ordered and directed to certify that fact <br />and the date hereof. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Approving <br />Assessment Diagram was duly introduced, before the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Aha, at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held <br />on the 24th day of September, 1928, and passed by the vote of the <br />following named members of said City Council, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />NOES, TRUSTEES: None <br />ABSENT, TRUSTEES: None <br /> <br />J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, Homer C.Chaney, <br />Stanley E.
