82 <br /> <br />IN THE NATTER OF ACQUISITION AND INPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br /> NO. ~II, OF THE CITf OF SANTA ANA. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. ~01§ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CII!f COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA~ <br />CALIFORNIA~ RESCINDING ORDER DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER <br />TO PREPARE AND FURNISH SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROPOSED <br />AOQUISITION AND WIDENING OF EAST, FIRST STREET, AND <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1914, APPROVING SAID SPECIFICATIONS~ AND ALL <br />PROCEEDINGS HAD THEREUNDER. <br /> <br /> Resolved, that the order heretofore passed and adopted on <br />the 2nd day of April, 1928, directing the City Engineer to prepare and <br />furnish specifications for the proposed acquisition and widening of <br />East First Street, together with Resolution No. 1914, passed and adopted <br />on the 2nd day of April, 1928, approving said specifications, and all <br />proceedings had thereunder, be and they are hereby rescinded and declare. <br />null and void. <br /> <br /> The foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced, passed and <br />adopted by the City COuncil of the City of Santa Aha, at a regular <br />meeting thereof held on the 1st day of October, 1928, by the following <br /> <br />vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, <br /> <br /> TRUSTEES: <br /> <br /> NOES~ TRUSTEES: <br />ABSENT, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly~ Homer C.
