ment and at not more than 300 feet in distance apart, but not less than three in all, noti. ces of the passage of this resolution, in the form and manner as required by law; and he shall also cause a notice similar in substance, for a period of ten (10) days, to be published in the Santa Aha Dai~ Evening Registe a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general circulation in the City of Santa Aha, California, and hereby designated for that pumpese by,-the City Council, containing a statement of the fact of the passage of this resolution of intention, the date thereof, and briefly describing the work ~ improvement proposed and referring to this Resolution for further particulars. Section 8. That any person interested objecting to said work or · improvement, or to the extent of the district or lands to be affected or benefited by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, may ma~e written objections to the sane, within ten (10) days after the expiration of the time of the publication of said notices, which~ objections shall be delivered to the Clerk of the City Council of the City of Santa Ans.
