<br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NOD 2020
<br />
<br /> The City Council of the City of Santa An,, pursuant to the provisions
<br />of the "Acquisition and Improvement Act of 1955", and amendments thereto, do
<br />resolve as follows:
<br />
<br /> Section 1. That the public interest and necessity require, and it is
<br />the intention of the City Council of the City of Santa Ans, California, to order
<br />the following acquisitions for the widening of East First Street in the City of
<br />Santa An,, to-wit:
<br />
<br /> A strip of land five (5) feet wide lying North of and immediately
<br />adjacent to the North line of First Street and extending from the Easterly
<br />line of Main Street to a Northwesterly and Southeasterly line intersecting
<br />the Southerly line of First Street at a point distant 15.55 feet Easterly
<br />from the Northeasterly corner of Lot 1, Block A, Bailey,s Addition as
<br />recorded in Book 21, Page 12, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
<br />California, the included angle between the said Northwesterly and South-
<br />easterly line and the Southerly line of First Street being 63° 26t 10"
<br />excepting from said five foot strip of land any and all portions thereof
<br />used for street and alley purposes,nd also excepting that portion
<br />lying between lines drawn parallel to and distant 4.5 feet, measured at
<br />right angles to the center lines and on each side of all railroad tracks.

<br /> Also a strip of land five (5) feet wide lying South of and
<br />immediately adjacent to the Southerly line of First Street and extending
<br />from the Easterly line of MainStreet to a line drawn parallel to and
<br />distant 15.55 feet Easterly, as measured along the Southerly line of
<br />First Street, from the Easterly l~ae ef Lot 1, Block A, of said Bailey's
<br />Addition, excepting from said five foot strip of land any and all
<br />portions thereof used for Street and alley purposes and also excepting
<br />that portion lying between lines drawn parallel to and distant 4.5 feet
<br />measured at right angles to the center lines and on each side of all rail-
<br />road tracks.

<br /> That the ~roperty necessary to be taken for such widening of that
<br />part of East First Street des~bed above includes all those parcels of land
<br />situated in the City of Santa An,, County of Orange, State of California, and
<br />particularly described as follows, to-wit:
