RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> NO. 2025 <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the work to be <br />done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Ana, upon and along those <br />open publLc streets in said City, commonly known as Birch Street, between <br />Fairview Avenue and the North line of Tract No. 382, and Russell Avenue, <br />between Broadway and Ross Street. <br /> <br /> All as prepared by the City Engineer and designated as Assessment <br />District No. 1V1, for the improvement of the above described street and sub- <br />mitted this 22nd day of October, 1928, be and the same are hereby adopted as <br />and for the plans and ~pecifications for doing said work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly <br />introduced, passed and adopted by the City C~mcil of the City of Santa &ua, <br />at an adjourned regular meeting held on the 22nd day of October, 1928, by the <br /> <br />follew~ng vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, TRUST~ES. <br /> <br />NOES, <br /> <br />J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, Homer C.Chaney, <br />Stanley E.
