Said plans, profiles, cross-sections, detailed d~awings and specifications are referred to for a full and detailed description of said work and improvement, the same as though set forth in full herein, and shall be directory as to the location of all work to be done, the kind of materials to be used and the type of Construction.. CHANGE OF GRADE Section 3. That the grade to which the work shall be done and improve- ment made which is provided for in this Resolution is shown on the profiles theref( on file in the office of the City Engineer, to which said profiles reference is hereby made for the description of such grade, and it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that the grade shown on the plans and pro- files is the official grade to which the work herein ordered shall be done. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS gection 4. The said City Council does hereby declare and determine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and to bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeedin ten (10) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT Section 5. That the contemplated work and improvement hereinbefore mentioned is in the opinion of the City Council of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the expens of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter described, and said City Council does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounde Sd described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Ara, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: Beginning at .the intersection of the Northerly extension of the Easterly line of Tract No. 648, (recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 20, Page 14, Records of Orange County), with the cent6r line of Fairview Avenue; thence Easterly along the said center line of Fairview Avenue to an intersection with the Northerly extension of the Westerly llne of Tract No. 458, (recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 16, Page 37, Records of Orange County); thence Southerly along the said Northerly extension and along the Westerly line of said Tract No. 458, to the Northwesterly corner of Lot No. 12 of said Tract; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said Lot 12 of said Tract to a point in the Westerly llne of Broadway; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said Broadway to the Southeast- erly corner of Lot 13 of said Tract No. 488; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said Lot 13 to a point in the Westerly line of said Tract No. 458; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said Tract No. 458 to an intersection with the Northerly line of Tract No. 352, (recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 15, Pages 18 and 16, Records of Orange County); thence Westerly along the Northerly llne of said Tract No. 352 to an intersection with the Easterly line of Tract No. 6~8; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Tra'ct No. 648 to an intersection with the Easterly extension of the Southerly line of Lot 23 of said Tract No. 648; thence Westerly along said Easterly extension of and along the Southerly line of said Lot 23 to a point in the Easterly line of Ross Street; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of Ross Street to the' Northwesterly corner of Lot 18 of said Tract No. 648; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said Lot 18, and its Easterly extension to an intersection with the Easterly line of said Tract No. 648; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Tract No. 648 and its Northerly extension to the point of beginning.
