<br /> on Birch Street at the North llne of Tract No. 352, to a point 95 feet South of the
<br /> South line of Fairview Avenue, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with
<br /> the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned.

<br /> The excavation for and construction of salt glazed vitrified clay pipe house
<br /> connecting sewers, together with all eighth bends, disc, seals, and other necessary
<br /> appurtenances thereto, shall be constructed upon and along the hereinbefore described
<br /> portion of Birch Street, at depths and locations, all as particularly indicated on and in
<br /> accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned.
<br />
<br /> The excavation for and construction of cast iron water main, including valves,
<br />concrete valve boxes, fire hydrant and all other necessary appurtenances thereto,
<br />ins'tailed upon and along the hereinbefore described portion of Birch Street, f~ m and
<br />connecting with the existing water mains at the north line of the existing p.~vement on
<br />Birch Street at the North llne of Tract No. 352, and at the South line of Fairview
<br />Avenue, all as particularly indicated on and in qaccordance with the plans and specificati¢
<br />hereinafter mentioned.
<br />
<br /> The excavation for and construction c~ copper house service water connections,
<br />including all connections, corporation cocks, curb cocks, fittings and all necessary
<br />appurtenances thereto, to be installed from the water main to be constructed as herein-
<br />before,described at right angles thereto, and extending to a point one foot back of the
<br />curb, and at such locations and depths as are indicated on' the plans and specifications
<br />hereinafter mentioned.
<br />
<br /> The excavation for and construction of wrought iron pipe gas main to be
<br />installed upon and along the hereinbefore described portion of Birch Street from and
<br />connecting with the existing gas mains at the north line of Tract No. 382, at at the
<br />south line of Fairview Avenue, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with
<br />the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned.
<br />
<br /> The excavation for and construction of house service gas connections,
<br />including all necessary cocks, fittings and appurtenances thereto, installed from the gas
<br />main to be installed as hereinbefore described at'right angles thereto, and extending
<br />to the property line and at such locations and depths as are indicated on the plans and
<br />specifications hereafter mentioned.
<br />
<br /> Together with such other work and i~nprovements as are noted on the plans ~
<br />specifications, which shall be coasidered as incidental to the above described work and
<br />improvements, and no additional compensation shall be allowed therefor.
<br />
<br /> The work to be done as herein set forth shall include th~ furnishL~ng of all
<br />labor, equipment and materials necessary for or appurtenant to the construction and
<br />completion of all work herein specified.

<br />going work and improvements are fully set forth, delineated and described on the plans,

<br />NO. 1~1", and as set forth in the specifications knov~ as "THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ASSESS~
<br />MENT DISTRICT NO. l?l", which plans and specifications are on file in the office of the
<br />City Clerk, and were adopted by Resolution No. 2025 on th, 22nS day of October, 1928, by
