RESOLUTION 0F AWARD - N0. 2~9 ~'{~;REAS, the City Council at a regular meeting thereof on the examine and declare all sealed bids of the City of Santa Ana did in open session, 1Vth day of December, 1928, publicly open, for Acquisition Bonds, designated "Series A" in Acquisition and Improvement District No. 1, of the City of Santa Aha, in the total sum of Twenty-four Thousand Five IHundred Forty and 19/lO0 Dollars (~P~4,540.19), ordered issued by Resolution No. 2041 of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, which bonds are dated November 26, 1928, and being numbered 1 to 30 inclusive, and bearing interest at the rate of seven per cent per annum, payable semi-annually, and being in the respective amounts set forth in said Notice Inviting Bids. RESOLVED, that the said City Council hereby rejects all of said bids, except the next herein mentioned, and hereby awards the said bonds to the highest bidder therefor, to-wit: G.~;.Bond and Son, for the amount named in their bid as follows, to-wlt: Par value, plus accrued interest to ¢~ate of delivery, plus a premi~nn of Twenty-five and O0/lO0 Dollars (~725.00). That the Clerk of the City of Santa .ana is hereby d~rected to deliver said bonds to the purchaser hereinbefore named upon payment by said l~rchaser of the amount named in its bid, and for which said bonds are awarded as sforesaid, in cash lawful money of the Uuited grates, which money shall be paid to the Treasurer of the City of Santa Ana, who shall place the same in a special fund, designating such fund by the name of Acq~:isition and Improvement District No. 1 Fungi, to defray the expenses of the acq~:Isition in said matter. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a full, true and correct cop] of Resolution of Award No. 2049 d~ly introduced and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Santa ~ma at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day of December, 1928, by the following vote, to-wit: Chaney, Stanley E.
