RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS ~ND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> NO. ~050 <br /> <br /> RESOLVMD, that the plans and specifications for the work to be done and <br />improvement to be made in the City of Santa Aha, upon and along those open public <br />streets in said City~ commonly known as Pine Street between Cedar Street and ~innie <br />Street and Cedar Street between the Easterly extended Sm~therly line of Pine Street ~s <br />it exists Westerly from Cedar Street and the Westerly extended Northerly line of Pine <br />Street as it exists Easterly from Cedar Street. <br /> <br /> All as prepared by the City Engineer and designated as Assessment District <br />No. 1V3, for the improvement of the above described streets, and submitted this 17th da' <br />of December, 1928, be and the same are hereby adopted as and for the plans and spec- <br />ifications for doing said work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and re~lar].y tntro- <br />ducated, passed and adopted by the City C~r~cil of the City of Saata Ana, at a regular <br />meeting held on the 1Vth day of December, ~928, by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, Homer C. <br /> F.
