Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of January, 1929, at 7:30 o~clock P.I,~i. in the Cm_mcil Chamber of the City Halt of said City of Santa Ant any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work improvement may appear before the said City C~nci! and show ca~se why said pro- posed improvement shou].d not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. That all persons desiring to so appear should file with the City Clerk of the City of Santa Ant before the hour herein set a written protest against the said work or the assessment district proposed to be assessed~ or both. P~LICATION OF RE~',OLUTION OF INTENTION Section 7. ~e Santa Ant ]Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general cfrm~lation in the City of Santa hereby designated ~s the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cau~e this Resolution of Intention to be ~blished by two insertions in said newapaper~ tn the maker and fo~ required by law. ?ne City Council does not deem advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the notice of improvement to owners or reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the PO?,TING OF NOTICES OF Section 8. The Street Superintendent of said City shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to be consp~cuousqy posted along the ].ines of saic] contemplated work or improvement and ~!ong the open streets and alleys within the hereinbefore c~eacribed assess~nent distr~at, notices of the passage of this Resolution o~ Ink, enrich, in the manner and form re?ired by !aw.
