The excavation for and cohstr~ction of a standard concrete manhole at the location and grade all as partim~larly indicated on and in accordance with the plans an~ specifications hereinafter mentioned. ~ne excavation for and construction of copper house service water connections, including all cormections, corporation cocks, curb cocks, fittings and all necessary at/~urtenances thereto, to be installed from the water main at right ang./es thereto, and extending to a point one foot back of the curb, and at such locations an8 depths as are indicated on the plans and specifications hereinafter m~ntioned. The excavati.on for and construction of house service gas connections, including all necessary cocks, fittings and ap~urtenances thereto, installed from the ga: main at right angles thereto and extending to the property lines, an8 at much locations and depths as are particularly indicated, on the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. Together with such other work and improvements as are noted on the plans or specifications which shall be considered as incident'al to the above described work and improvements, and no additional compensation shall be allowed therefor. The work to be dnne as herein set forth shall include the furnishing of all. labor, equipment and materials necessary for or ap.~urtenant to the c~nstruction and completion of all work herein specified. PLANS~ PROFII.ES~ CROSS-SECTION.~ AND SPECIFICATIONS. Section 2. Ail of the hereinbefore described streets, together with the fore- going work and improvements are fully set forth, delineated and described on the plans, profiles, cross-sections and detailed drawings known as "THE PLANS FOR ASSE~SME~Y~ DISTRICT NO. !73", and as set forth in the specifications known as "THai SPECIFICATIONS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 173", which plans and specifications are on file in the office of the City Clerk, and were adopted by Resolution No. 2050 on the tVth day of December, 1928, by the City Cotuncil of the City of Santa Aha, as the plan~ profiles~ cross-sections, detailed drawir~gs and spectfinations for said work and improvement. Said plans, profiles, cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifi, cations are referred to for a full and detailed description of said work and improvement, the same as tho~gh set forth in full herein, an~t shall be directory am to the location of all work to be done, the kind of materials to be used and the type of construction. CHANGE 0F GRADE Section 3. That t]~e g~-ade to which the work shall be done and improvement made which is provided for in this Resolution is shown On the profiles therefor, on file in the office of the City Engineer, to which sale] profiles reference is hereh~j ma de for the descriptiom of such grade, and it is hereby resolved by the City Cotunci] of the City of Santa _~na that the grade shown on the ?ans and profiles is the official grade to which the ~ork hereir, ordered s~al] be done. DESCrTIPTION OW BONDS Section 4. The sai~ City Council does hereby dec]are and dete~,mine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent t~hpaid assessments and to bear interest at the rate of six per cent par annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 19!5", the last installment of which bonds shall mat~re nine (9) years fro~ th~ 2nd day of July next m~cceeding ten (lQ) months fro~ their date.
