CALI'F'OT?i~'IA,, RELATING TO T~'Ur;] ISSUANCE OF STREET I~'.P~OVE~.~NT BONDS PURSU/~NT TO RESOLUTION OW IT:i'mENri~!OI,T I~'O. 1980; ]')?,T~:Ri,~ININ¢, THE AYIOIIt~'T O~ OF SUC[[ BON~)S AN~] ETOVI~ING FOR ~7[~IR IS[;UANCE IN ANNI~L S'. :RI WHEREAS, ~rsuant to Statute~ notice of filing of l~at of ~mpafd assess. ments was duly given in the manner and form required by ]aw~ that the warrant~ assessment and diagram .,~as recorded on the 5th day of November, 1998, For the womk and Improvement made by Steele ~inley, un6er that certain contract awarded to him on the ~Vth day of August, 1928, uDon Baker Street between the North line of Ffrst Street and the South line of Fo~mth Street; an6 that said warrant, assessment and {~fagra~ were returned to the Street S~perinte~dent of sa!~ C!ty~ together with a written statement of a]} ~ents received upon the said assess- ~en~; 'and afte~ the full expiration of thirty (30) d~ys from the date of the recording of s sid warrant~ the saf~] Street Superintendent d~]y made and fi]ed with the City Clerk of the sai~] City of Santa ~na a complete list of all assess- ments unpaid upon the s~id assessment, which list is ~ow on file in aha office of the City Clerk of the said City; now upon evi~ence shown~ this City Council determines that the assessments therein mentloned were then ~mpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the m~m of t;,irty-two IIun~ed Lighty-sfx and 36/100 Dollars (~$3285.36)~ and that no assessments have been paid s~nce the filing of the list of unpaid assessments by the Street Superintendent~ and that there now remainds ~pafd the sum of Thirty-two H~dred Eighty-six and 36/100 Dollars (~[;3285.36)~ upon the assessments shown upon said list. Reference is hereby m' de to Resolution of Intention No. 1980 of the City Co~ctl of the City of Santa ~a~ ~ssed on the 16th day of July~ 1928~ fo~ a complete description of the work herein men~f~oned, and to the l~st of unpaid assessments filed as above stated~ for the assessments unpaid.
