i55 hereby overrule all objections thereto, and does hereby direct the issuance of said bonds; and further BE IT R~<SOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That bonds shall be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said amount of Thirty-two Hundred Eighty-six and 36/100 Dollars ($3286.36). That said bends shall be ten (10) in n~nber and shall be dated December 1Vth, 1928', and bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, and the denomination of said bonds, and the date of respective maturities thereof shall be as follows: SERIES BOND Y!O.
