RESOLUTION ORDERING I~PROVE],~ENT NO. 190§ 269 V.~EREA$, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana on the 20th day of February, 1928, passed its Resolution of Intention No. 1889, to order the hereinafter described improvement to be made and public work to be done in the City of Santa Aha; and WHEREAS, after the passage and adoption of s&fd Resolution of Intention No. 1889, the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha, conspicuously posted along the line of the contemplated work and improvement at not more than 300 feet in distance apart, and 9 in all notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, headed NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORK, in manner, form and substance as required by law, and said. Street Superintendent also caused a notice similar in substance to be published for a period of ten (10) days in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Eeglster, a daily newspaper uubl!shed and circulat~ In the City of Santa Aha, and named by said City Council in said Resolution of Intention as the paper in which said notices should appear, all as appears from the affidavit of V,~. Lee Millls, prlnclpa". clerk of the printers and publishers of said daily new~'paper, and which affidavit was filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana on the 3rd day of March, 1928, an~] is not., on file therein; and %HEREAS, the ~treet Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana cormr, enced to post the notices hereinbefore referred to on the ~ th day of Febru,~ry, 1928, and fully completed the posting thereof on the 24th day of February, 1928, as appears from the affidavit of Clyde L. Jenken, Street Superintendent of the City of Santa ~kna, and more than ten (10) days having expired after the expiration of the time of the pub!ic~,tion of said notice within which protests or objections to the proposed work or improvement might be made by any person interested objecting to said work or improvement, or to the extent of the district or lands to be affected or benefited by said work and improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof; and V, HEREAS, this being the next meeting of the City Cm~ncll after the expiration cf said ten (10) days after the expiration of th~ time of the publication of said notice, and no objections to said wor] or improvement having been made, or on file, why said proposed improvement should not be carrie8 out in accordance with said R~solut~. on of Intention, and the City Council of the City of Santa Ana having now acquired jurisdiction to order the proposed improvement; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED aND O~{])ERED: That the public interest and convenience requires the work hereinafter described, and the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby orders the following work to be done and improvement made in the City oe Santa Ana, as follows:
