That the following portion of Sullivan Street in said City of Santa Ana be closed up and abandoned as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the intersection of the North- easterly line of Sullivan Street with the South- easterly line of Lot 16, of Block C, Tract No. 633, Miscellaneous Maps, Book 19, Page 13, RecOrds of Orange County; thence Northwesterly along the North- easterly line of Sullivan Street to an intersection with the Westerly boundary line of said Tract No. 633; thence Southerly along said Westerly boundary line of Tract 633 to an intersection with the South- westerly line of Sullivan Street; thence Southeast- erly along said Southwesterly line of Sullivan Street to an intersection with the Southwesterly extended Southeasterly line of Lot 16, Block C, said Tract 633; thence Northeasterly along said South- westerly extended Southeasterly line of said Lot 16 to the point of beginning. Ail of which is more clearly sho,~n on a certain map approved and adopted by the City Co~mcil of the City of Santa Ana for th said abandonment by Hesolution No. 1886 on the 20th day of February, 1928. The public work ordered and the improvement to be made is for the purpose of closing up and abandoning a certain portion of Sullivan Street as hereinbefore described, and for that reason no district is chargeable therewith. All of the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of Calif~nia, designated, "Street Opening Act of 1889", and amendments thereto. For further particulars reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 1889, which is dated the 20th day of February, 1928, and on file with the Clerk of the City of Santa Ans. Thd Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is herewith instructed to record a copy of this Resolution Order- ing Improvement in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange, State of California. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Ordering Improvement No. 1905 was duly introduced and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 19th day of March, 1928, by the following vote, to-wit: A%r~, TRUSTEES: NOES, TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, W.G.Knox, Stanley E.
