RESOLUTION OF AWARD NO. 1906 WHEREAS, the Ci~ty Council of the City of Santa Ann, did in open session at a regular meeting thereof held on the 19th day of March, 1'928, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed pro- posals or bids for water pipe and accessories for use by the City of Santa Ann, which bids called for bids on separate items. RESOLVED: That the City Colmcll hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids for the hereinafter mentioned items, except that next herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for the materials and accessories herelna*ter specified to the lowest responsible bidder, to-wit: United States Cast Iron Pipe and Foundry Company, at the prices named in its bid aa follows, to-wit: Item No. 1. 420 lfnear feet 20 inch diameter centrifugall~ spun c~st iron pipe, class 100, in 12 foot lengths, for the sum of Three point bought Six three dollars ($3.063) per foot. Item No. 3. V44 linear feet of 14 inch diameter Cast iron pipe, 12 foot lengths of Centrifugally sp'~, class 100,' pipe for the sum of One and seventy eight hm~dreds dollars ($1.~80) per foot. Item No. 4. l~ linear feet of 12 inch diameter cast iron pipe, 12 foot lengths of centrifugally spun class 150, pipe for the sum of one point three six two dollars (~1.362) per foot. Item No. 5. 63~ linear ~eet of 10 inch diameter cast iron pipe, 12 foot lengths of centrifugally spun class ldO, pipe for the sum of one point nought four eight (~1~048) per foot. Item No. ~. ~ linear feet of 24 inch diameter pipe with one flanged an~ one spigot en~ for the sum of sixty-two and 80/100 dollars (~62.80) complete. Item No. 7. flanged ends for the complete.
