BIRCH STREET That the hereinbefore described portion bf Birch Street, together with street intersection within the above described limits, shall be graded and paved with Portland cement concrete pavement, including driveways; the excavation for and construction of Psrtland cement concrete curbs along the~ curb lines of said street and at street inter- section around curves to intersect the curb lines' of said intersecting street; the excavation for and construction of Portland cement concrete sidewalks where sidewalks do not now exist; the excavation for and construction of vitrified clay pipe house connecting sewers; the excavation for a~d construction of copper pipe water services; the ~kcavation for and construction of wrought iron pipe gas main and wrought iron pipe house service gas connections, and all other necessary appurtenances' thereto; all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications herein- after mentioned. Together with such other work and improvements as are noted on the plans or specifications which shall be considered as incidental to the above described work and improvements, and no additional compensation shall be allowed therefor. The work to be done as herein set forth shall include the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials necessar~ for or appurtenant to the construction and completion of all work herein specified. PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS Section 2. All of the hereinbefore described streets, togethe~ with the fore- going work and improvements are fully set forth, delineated and described on the plans, profiles, cross-sections and detailed drawings known as "THE PLANS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 186", and as set forth in the specifications known as "TME. SPECIFICATIONS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 186", which plans and specifications are on file in the office of the City Clerk, and were adopted by Resolution No. 221V on the 21st day of Jul 1~0, by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, as the plans, profiles, cross- sections, detailed drawings and specifications for ~aid work and improvement. Said plans, profiles, cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifications are referred to fer a full and detailed description of sai~ work and improvement, the same as though set forth in full herein, and shall be directory as to the location of all work to be done, the kind of materials to be used and the type of construction. CHAN~E OF GRADE Section 3. That the grade to which the work shall be done and improvement made which is provided for in this Resolution is shown on the profiles therefor on file in the office of the City Engineer, to which said profiles reference is hereby made for the description of such grade, and it is hereby resolved by the Ci~ Council of the Cit of Santa Ana that the grade shown on the plans and profiles is the official grade to which the work herein ordered shall be done. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS Section 4. The said City-Council does hereby declare and determine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and to bear interest at the rate of six percent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last installmmnt of which bonds shall mature nih, (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding t~n (10) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT Section ~. That the contemplated work and improvement hereinbefore mentioned is in the dpinion of the City Council of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district here- inafter described, and said City Council does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Main Street with the ~y
