RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO ASSESSMENTS, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING THE STREET SUPER- INTEkUDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD No. 2222 ~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana did, on the 3rd day of February, 1930, pass Resolution of Intention No. 2168, for the improvement of a portion of Lowell Street, and a certain right of way; and whereas, on the 24th day of July, 1930 the Superintendent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum due for the work performed and specified in the contract made under proceedings for the said improvement, which assessment diagram w~s approved by the City Council of said City on the 5th day of May, 1930. AND, WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa A~a has given notice as require~ by law~ in which notice August ll, 19~0, at the hour of 7:G0 o'clock P.M. was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any and all persons interested in the said work might be he~rd; and whereas, no person aggrieved has filed with the City Council a written objection to said assessment as required by law; and whereas at the time set for hearing protests or objections the City Council of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all of said protests or objections to said assessment or the work done having been heard, it is hereby RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that all of the said protests or objections against said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, and the same are hereby overruled and denied and the assessment be affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to attach ~o said assess- ment a warrant in the form and manner required by law, and shall record the same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at an adjourned regular meeting of said City Council held on the llth day of August, 1980, by the following stated vote: AYES, TRUSTEES: NOES, TRUSTEES: ABSENT, TRUSTEES: J.
