RESOLUTION N~. 222~ BE IT RESOLVE~ by the City ~Council of the City of Santa Ana that the public interest ~nd necessity requires and it is hereby ordered that the followin acquisition for the widening of Bush Street at its intersection with Santa Clara Avenue, for street purposes, be made, to-wit: All that certain real property situated in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, and particularly described as follows, to-wit: A portion of Lot ll, Dericot Tract as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Record Maps, Book l, page 95, Records of Orange County, California, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of Santa Clara Avenue with the Westerly line of Bush Street; thence run- ning Southerly along said Westerly line of Bush Street 18.30 feet to a point; thence Northwesterly in a direct line a distance of 28.87 feet to a point in the Southerly line of Santa Clara Avenue; thence Easterly along the said Southerly line of Santa Clara Avenue a distance of 19.40 feet to the point of beginning. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Attorney of the City of Santa Aha be, and he is hereby ordered and directed to bring an action in the name of the City of Santa Aha, in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Orange, for the condemnation of the above described property and to do all things necessary to prosecute said action to final deter~nination. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced, passed and adopted at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, held on the llth day of August, 1930, by the following vote to-wit: AYES, TRUSTEI~: J.
