BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That bonds shall be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said amount of Seven Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-two and 69/ 100 Dollars ($7,622.69). That said bonds shall be ten (10) in number aud shall be dated September 29, 1930, and bear interest at the rate of six percent per annum, and the denomination of said bonds, and the date of respective maturity thereof shall be as follows: SERIES BOND NO. AMOUNT DATE OF MATURITY K-4 I $ 762.26 July 2nd, 1932 K-4 2 762,27 1933 K-4 3 762,27 1934 K-4 4 762.27 1935 K-4 5 762.27 1936 K-4 6: 762,27 1936 K-4 7 762.27 1937 K-4 8 762.27 1938 K-4 9 762.27 1939 K-4 10 762.27 1940 The first coupon of interest shall be for interest fBom September 15, 1930 to January 2, 1932, and the several coupons thereafter shall each be for the semi-annual inter~st; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the signature of the Treasurer of said City upon the coupons attached to said bonds shall be a lithographed or printed signature in place of a signature by hand; and BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City of Santa Ana, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to deliver forthwith the bonds herein enumerated to the contractors, Atkinson and Reish, in satisfaction of the balance due upon the assessment and diagram. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at an adjourned regular meeting thereof, held on the 29th day of September, 1930, by the following vote, to-wit: AYES, TRUSTEES: W.J.Kelly, B.
